Lake added that the option for federal employees is “overwhelmingly favorite” with people outside of Washington and that President Donald Trump is keeping a guarantee.

The press secretary added that the incentives do keep “tens of millions of dollars” because the government has spent money on clear office spaces because employees are not working in people. She continued, noting that this rule only applies to those who can return to work and is “within the rules.”
