An F-35 warrior aircraft crashed early on Tuesday afternoon at Fairbanks Air Force Base, according to an established it.
The captain was not injured in the crash, which occurred around 1 p. m., according to Airman 1st Class Spencer Hanson. He claimed there were no more information than an ongoing disaster response.
