On Wednesday night in Washington, D.C., a midair collision between a U.S. Army Black Hawk plane and a civil aircraft attracted renewed attention because of the FAA’s efforts to address possible role-playing factors.

According to a report from the New York Post a year ago,” The Federal Aviation Administration is positively recruiting employees who have’severe academic’ disability, psychiatric problems, and other mental and physical problems.”
” Targeted disability are those disability that the Federal government, as a matter of policy, has identified for particular focus in selection and hiring”, the FAA’s site stated. ” They include hearing, vision, missing limbs, limited paralysis, complete paralysis, epilepsy, serious academic disability, psychiatric illness, and dwarfism”.
According to the FAA site, those with” severe” mental and physical disabilities make up the majority of the workforce.
” Because variety is so critical, FAA actively supports and engages in a variety of organizations, initiatives, partnerships, and efforts to help and support employees from different communities and backgrounds. Our citizens are our power, and we take great care in investing in and valuing them as such”, the web stated.
The program is a part of the FAA’s hiring program for” Diversity and Inclusion,” which states that “diversity is essential to achieving FAA’s goal of ensuring safe and efficient go across our country and beyond.
According to the FAA’s site, the company’s guidelines on diversification choosing were most recently updated on March 23, 2022.
The FAA, which is overseen by Secretary Pete Buttigieg’s Department of Transportation, is a government agency charged with regulating civil aircraft and employs almost 45, 000 people.

Clearly, there is no scientific foundation to support the claim that “diversity” enhances the security or effectiveness of travel — absolutely nothing. People with” significant intellectual disability” pose a considerable risk to the flying people, according to common sense only.  ,
” The aerospace industry has a role for passenger safety, just as the medical industry has a role for patient safety. When evaluating candidates to function in those areas, these responsibilities outweigh different factors. People with disabilities who is efficiently complete the task should not face discrimination”, Dr. Stanley Goldfarb, president of Do No Harm, told Fox News Digital last month. He did point out that individuality politics” creates opportunities for so-called oppressed organizations” by lowering the requirements for entry into those fields and putting the safety of those it’s intended to serve in danger. Some initiatives just don’t fit the personality politicians mold.
Republicans quickly criticized the legislation.
As someone who has flown all over America for decades, and occasionally the entire world, I’ve had to put my trust and faith in everyone who is responsible for the protection of the plane and the journey, according to PJ Media’s Stephen Kruiser at the time. ” The present aircraft business has, for the most part, earned that faith and trust. It appears as though it’s now attempting to gauge how fast trust may be eroded.

Suddenly, there has been ongoing concern over their potential impact on air vacation safety for more than a year, despite the fact that we are unsure whether the crash was caused by incompetent air traffic controllers hired through Biden-era DEI initiatives. Knowing that only the most skilled people are tasked with ensuring their health, it’s important that the government feels confident in their ability to travel comfortably. The fresh Trump presidency will need to win back the air travel industry.
