, Former MTV VJ and New Jersey local Matt Pinfield has been “incapacitated” after suffering a stroke, his household said.
Pinfield, 63, had the event in Los Angeles on Jan. 6 and is incapable of moving or making mental choices,  , according to court records obtained by the Asbury Park Press.
His sons, Jessica and Maya Pinfield, are asking for a temporary custody and requesting that Kara Brown’s girl be given any discretionary authority.
Los Angeles television station , KCSN , said earlier this month that , Pinfield was taking a leave of absence , for health factors.
Pinfield started playing DJ on Rutgers University television and his family’s television in East Brunswick. He gained a following rolling data at the , Melody Bar in New Brunswick , in the 1980s and ‘ 90s. At the same time, he was the plan director of Eatontown’s WHTG-FM, which became a recognized alternative rock place.
Between 1995 and 1999, he hosted ,” 120 Minutes”  , — another alternative stone starting pad— and other initiatives on MTV. From 2001 to 2006, he was the vice chairman of A&, R and designer creation for , Columbia Records.
Since then, he has appeared frequently as a talking head in films, has been a television personality in a number of cities, and has occasionally hosted TV shows.
” I found my calling by the time I was in kindergarten” , , he wrote in his autobiography ,” All These Things That I’ve Done: My Insane, Improbable Rock Life”.
” All I wanted to do was talk to information and make other people’s hearts sing along to them as much as I did.”
