Just days after Donald Trump became the 47th chairman, liberals were swept away in a storm of victories. Many Americans are beside themselves with pleasure after the Trump administration soon adopted a pro-American strategy to governing because they are so used to our politicians prioritizing the passions of immigrants over our own.
While we enjoy a much-needed event, we may be wary of over enlightenment from politicians and Big Tech, and be on the lookout for another dull, brief victories. You’ve probably heard that Target and other corporations are abandoning Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion ( DEI ) programs. In many cases, this is a rest. This usage Target as an example.
Target’s strange infatuation with the most wicked tenets of leftism reached its apex in 2023 when the dealer faced a protest for selling twisted “tuck-friendly” swimsuits and pride-themed products for children. The same delight collection included vivid sleeves designed by a , Satan supporter , who called for the destruction of critics of transsexuals.
People involved in putting these items in Target’s shops is a lifeless werewolf, and so is everyone who puts “tuck-friendly” swimwear on their children. Persons like this don’t change, by the way. People with a social framework that could be redeemed wouldn’t have been a member in the first place.
A media release from Target that purports to indicate a withdrawal from DEI was released on January 24. Kiera Fernandez, previously known as Target’s Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer, then goes by a new name: Chief Community Impact and Equity Officer. What a brilliant relaunch. Considering the target was to assume that Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are no longer a goal at Target, I would have thought that her new name should prevent the thoughts Diversity, Equity, or Inclusion.
Fernandez issued a letter to Target team that included this stone:  ,  ,
This second paragraph of our strategy has been the product of many years of analysis, insights, listening, and learning, and we as a retailer that serves millions of customers every day are aware of the importance of adjusting to the changing outside environment both now and in the future in order to support Target’s expansion and success.
This is not an understatement, like most commercial jargon that comes from overbearing and underpaid executives whose shining success has severely harmed the brand they were given the task of protecting. If you’ve worked a commercial job, you’ve encountered these persons, they talk the most but say the least.
It gets better. CNBC reported that” a Target spokeswoman said there are no employment breaks as part of Friday’s La news”. Remarkable. Target is so committed to removing La that it made the decision to keep each and every one of its DEI hires at every level of the organization, including professionals and middle managers, who had previously imposed this worldview on the whole business.
In other words, Target is never abandoning DEI. It’s being taken beneath. Although Target may not be able to buy another wheelchair-bound dark Santa this year, it is because it does just enough to pull the wool over your eye.
People with knowledge of this strategy knows how to run their neighborhood school board. The first thing schools did was rebrand Critical Race Theory ( CRT ) as soon as parents complained. That’s what Target is doing these, which is probably worse than what it was doing earlier. Target is hoping to placate the public by pretending to accept the leftist religion that has consumed it for years, just hours after a government hostile to DEI took control of Washington, and because these corporations believe you’re ridiculous. It’s a mystery with excellent schedule, I suppose.  ,  ,
When Target says it is” concluding our three-year diversity, equity, and inclusion goals”, it doesn’t mean abandoning unfair hiring procedures intended to achieve racial, sexual, sex, and other limits, it just means Target will stop being so obvious about it. Again, none of the people responsible for implementing DEI at Target have been fired, including HR executives. There are steps being taken ( for example, Target won’t take part in the Human Rights Campaign’s equality index ), but I’m not trying to be cynical here; those steps are being taken with the sole intention of deceiving you. There’s no authentic change of heart.
It doesn’t get to pretend this never happened, even in an imaginary world where Target genuinely eliminated every molecule of DEI from its operations and fired everyone accountable. That’s now how this works. The struggle for redemption must be in line with the sin. They don’t deserve your business until Target and other businesses come clean about the fact that the Democrat Party uses corporate profits to defraud Americans. Without your mercy, guilty corporations won’t be able to acknowledge that gender ideology is a disastrous, scientifically ignorant social contagion that poisons minds and permanently scares the bodies of untold numbers of children and adults.
In a previous article, I pointed out that it’s impossible to boycott every corporation that amplifies the civilization-ending ideas of the left, but Target can be avoided with minimal effort. Target has not learned its lesson, as Federalist Staff Writer Jordan Boyd pointed out last year, so we should continue to boycott. That remains true today. These businesses must be brought to their knees because they are a bullhorn for an ideology that causes a level of societal harm so profound that we don’t fully comprehend its implications.
Take a few minutes to browse the websites of other major corporations that allegedly abandoned DEI. While I don’t want to downplay the commendable efforts of Robby Starbuck and others like him, as there have been real victories in this area, take a few minutes to look at the websites of other major corporations that have supposedly abandoned DEI. You’ll find plenty of evidence to the contrary. The best thing that can be said about many of these companies is that they are run by fair-weather moral vagabonds who lack no discernible values.
Americans must use their wallets sparingly. Returning to Target would convey to other corporations that Americans lack the willpower to seriously and permanently harm businesses that go out of their way to uphold our values. Driving an extra few miles to another retailer, supporting small businesses, or being more convenient than the convenience of continuing to patronize corporations that still despise you, despite a newly rewritten corporate values statement written in sand is more important.
