Late on Thursday, police charged leg hoper Sean ‘ Diddy ‘ Combs with forcing two more people into sexual functions and when threatened to cut a person off an apartment balcony. Lawyers filed an updated accusation against him.
Combs, 55, has been in a Brooklyn prison, US, since his first imprisonment in September, when he was charged with sexual prostitution and criminal conspiracy. He has pleaded not guilty, and his attorneys claim he is innocent.
New allegations made against Sean” Diddy”
The updated grand jury indictment filed in the US District Court in Manhattan contains the new expenses.
Combs is charged with two decades of criminal conspiracy and sex trafficking at least three people. In Manhattan Federal Court, the updated charges were filed. In May, Combs will go on test.
Combs has entered a not-guilty plea to the claims stemming from his September imprisonment. He is also imprisoned without parole and is awaiting trial on May 5.
The alleged plot, which lawyers claim ran from around 2004 to 2024, is now four years longer thanks to the new prosecution. It was stated that the initial prosecution would begin in 2008.
Indictment adds’ Victim-2′ and ‘ victim-3’
The indictment names at least three women, referred to as” Victim-1″,” Victim-2″, and” Victim-3″. The original accusation referred merely to a” Victim-1″.
Lawyers say Combs used his power and popularity to intimidate, threaten, and pull people, generally claiming to want a romantic relationship with them.
It is said that Combs therefore used power, threats, and pressure to make the women attend in sexual acts for cash.
The prosecution mentions that Combs used violence, threats of violence, economic damage, reputation damage, and verbal abuse against the people.
” On several occasions, Combs threw both objects and people, as well as hit, dragged, choked and shoved people”, the accusation says. ” On one occasion, Combs dangled a sufferer over an house balcony”.
Combs ‘ attorneys claimed earlier this month that the accusations were a” discriminatory and chauvinistic” response by the prosecution to consensual sexual acts between people. They claimed that the government’s position is dependent on the idea that consenting adults ‘ sex acts are inherently wrong and that they assume a person’s willingness to participate was forced.
Combs has also been accused of giving the survivors drugs to keep them “obedient and cooperative,” and of keeping the audio of the sexual contacts, some of which were kept secret from the victims, inaccuracies.
” In connection with the professional sexual acts, Combs provided the survivors with, among other things, monetary payment, career opportunities, and payment of rent and cover bills”, the indictment says.
