Tulsi Gabbard, a previous US Congresswoman, was nominated by American President Donald Trump to head the US detective agency. She alleged on Thursday that she is a puppet of US President Donald Trump and international officials, including Russian President Vladimir Putin, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and that she is trying to spread prejudice against Hindus and Hinduism.
” Those who oppose my election imply that I am devoted to something or someone other than God, my own consciousness and the constitution of the United States, accusing me of being Trump’s marionette, Putin’s marionette, Assad’s puppet, a expert’s puppet, Modi’s puppet, not recognizing the absurdity of instantly being the puppet of five distinct puppet masters”, she said during her confirmation hearing.
” The truth is, what really irritates my political opponents is that I refuse to be their puppet,” she said. I have no affection for Gaddafi, any despot, or Assad. I really hate al-Qaida. I detest having officials who cling to Islamist fanatics.
Gabbard, 43, who was the first Hindu American elected to the US House of Representatives, made these comments during her confirmation hearing for the position of Director of National Intelligence, which oversees US knowledge organizations, including the CIA and the FBI.

Despite receiving praise from Trump, Gabbard faced condemnation from her Hindu beliefs.
” Democrat lawmakers have previously used prejudice against some of President Trump’s nominees for the judicial system, including Brian Buescher and Amy Coney Barrett. As a Democrat in Congress at the time, I condemned those behavior, saying that all forms of religious intolerance, regardless of religion, must be carefully condemned.
” However, there are some Democrat legislators who still don’t understand the principle of freedom of religion and Content 6 of the Constitution. Under the United States, no religious check shall ever be necessary as a condition for any company or public confidence, she continued.
” Sadly, they’re once again using the theological bigotry cards, but this time trying to spark religious prejudice against Hindus and Hinduism. US Senators from both functions, Democrats and Republicans, questioned Tulsi Gabbard about her 2017 conference with Syria’s Assad and her attitude on Edward Snowden. Gabbard’s past comments on Russia were likewise scrutinized.
