In a superseding federal indictment filed on Thursday, new details have emerged in Sean” Diddy” Combs ‘ , sex-trafficking and racketeering case. The music mogul is now accused of dangling a victim over an apartment balcony and coercing two more women into sexual acts, according to a superseding federal indictment.
The superseding indictment doesn’t add any new claims against the song tycoon, but prosecutors then say Diddy abused, threatened, trafficked and coerced his patients over the course of two years, from 2004 to 2024.
The prosecution claims that Combs abused one victim and dangled her from an apartment ledge, among other shocking facts. The names of two more victims, whose names are still unknown, are also included in the overriding accusation.
Combs is accused of being the mastermind of the plot in the lawsuit filed in the Southern District of New York in September, alleging that the 55-year-old hip-hop artist kidnapped, drugged, and occasionally trafficked them across state lines.
According to the prosecution, the sun “provided the victims with, among other things, financial payments, job opportunities and payment of rent and cover expenses” and finally threatened to take it away if they “resisted engaging in sex acts with Combs and, at times, with Combs and adult business sex workers”.
He is also accused of keeping track of his victims, looking at their medical records, providing them with medicines, and preventing them from leaving Combs ‘ house or hotel suites.
According to the prosecution, Combs threatened the ladies with weapons and murder to enrage them into harsh sexual acts he videotaped. In March,  , national raids , at his Miami and , Beverly Hills mansions , uncovered more than 1, 000 jars of baby oil and medicines, among other items, which were apparently intended for use in trysts known as “freak offs”.
Earlier this month, a person filed a lawsuit in Manhattan against Combs,  , accusing him of raping her , when she was 16 years older. One of more than 30 related lawsuits accusing him of terrible physical attack and other wrongdoing is this one.
The former billionaire has been behind bars in Brookly n’s Metropolitan Detention Center since September, when he was  , arrested for the horrifying conspiracy , in New York. He has been denied parole three times, and his test is scheduled for May.
