The Department of Government Effectiveness has begun making decisions.
The D. C. media are angry about his attempts to cut federal agencies.
But I take Elon Musk’s part.

More effective state has frequently been promised. It’s not happened.
Otherwise, government only grew.
Sen. Rand Paul showcases terrible state “investments” like the$ 118, 000 review of finger-snapping, which the National Science Foundation said was “inspired by the legendary hand bounce of the ( comic book ) criminal ‘ Thor.'” The government came to the conclusion that “varying levels of tension between the fingers alters… the effectiveness of a snap.”
Gee, thanks.
They also spent thousands of dollars to examine whether Neil Armstrong, landing on the moon, said:” One small step for man”, or “one small action for , a man”.  ,  ,
NASA says no” a” is audible in the recordings, and I never heard an” a”, but we all paid for an expensive study in which the Science Foundation concluded,” Ambiguity exists”.
Gee, thanks.
Additionally, they spent$ 1.5 million on research to improve the flavor of vegetables. Scientists discovered that honey helps.
America is going burst. For obscene research should be funded by the ultra-rich. Taxpayers don’t.
But each particular interest did battle for its life, and even if Musk cuts all for funding, it would scarcely influence our ever-increasing deficit.
This look at bigger breaks:
In my fresh videos, Chris Edwards, director of the Cato Institute’s” Downsizing Government” website, says,” The first thing I had split is over a trillion dollars in grants to state and local governments — K-12 school funding, school lunch funding, food stamp funding”.

Although it sounds good to give people food stamps, Edwards points out that “taxpayers account candy and cake” and that when” state administrations ask to reduce junk food, they aren’t allowed to do so.”
Truly. State legislatures are unable to restrict the amount of security benefits for unhealthy foods.  ,
Edwards even proposes cuts to business security:” National authorities spends$ 180 billion a year subsidizing companies… but that doesn’t help the average person”.
More could be saved by selling the president’s hoard of” an incredible 300, 000 houses”.
Some sit vacant. The types in my digital look first-class, but authorities still didn’t sell them.
Additionally, bureaucrats don’t buy land that isn’t used. The federal government owns a bit, including , most , of the area in America’s West.  ,
” We don’t understand the market benefit”, says Edwards,” It is in the billion”.
Instead of selling, officials print more money and use it to get even more territory, like Biden’s recent purchase of 640 acre in Wyoming.  ,
Donald Trump, the chairman, promises to cut costs. Did he? Next day he didn’t.  ,
He seems more concerned about it this day.
He just moved to finish DEI initiatives, telling federal DEI staff,” Don’t come in”.
But he’s still paying them!
” It’s very hard to fire national staff”, Edwards points out.
Furthermore, even if Trump managed to fire every federal individual, it still wouldn’t remove the gap.
It’s nearly impossible to do that without cutting the biggest investing– Defense, Medicare, Social Security. Thus far, Trump says he didn’t feel those.

” Trump does not have to address the whole gap concern in his four years in office”, says Edwards,” but he’s got to get the game rolling”.
State doesn’t need to balance the funds. If it just slowed spending , progress, the secret economy may grow enough to lower our debts.
Given the volume of laws, how can the private market expand?
” SpaceX had to do a research to see if Starship would beat a shark”, Musk complains. He says he told the authorities,” It’s a great lake, you know? There’s a lot of fish. It’s not difficult..”.
When regulators suddenly dropped their fish concerns, Musk thought the Space X release was approved.  ,” We said,’ OK, then we’re done.’ And they said,’ What about dolphins?… If the jet goes under, then explodes, and the dolphins have hearing injury?’ This is true! It goes on and on”.
Sometimes Musk will alter that. Hope thus. To defeat our destructive deficits, we need development. To achieve that, we need less federal funding and fewer regulations.  ,
