Although Representative Ilhan Omar’s (D-MN) hatred for the United States is well known, she continues to speak anti-American speech while she serves in Congress. Speaking at a press conference outside of USAID office, Omar attacked President Trump and Elon Musk for their attempts to crack down on the total problem within federal agencies that are flooded with the income of American taxpayers and using it for very questionable purposes.
According to RealClearPolitics, Omar greeted a throng sharing a misleading concept in which she acted as though she cared about Americans while dissing those who actually care about America. Among her most aggressive comments was her very disrespectful and insulting remarks about the United States government, which she said “does hardly make love for us” and “certainly does not keep us safe”.
” Often people connect with our region through the defense. That does not make love for us, and it definitely does not stay us safe”, Omar said. ” When the universe communicates with Americans through programs that provide essential requirements, they get to see the soul and sympathy of the British people”.
While the opinion is greatly out of touch with reality and very unpleasant, it reveals an essential feature of Omar, which is noticeable as she holds a seat in Congress.
Some may be wondering how Omar could possibly suggest that USAID, an agency that was just exposed for shelling out millions of taxpayer dollars to produce a DEI musical in Ireland and a transgender opera in Colombia, is the one keeping America safe?
Omar’s mission appears to be to put foreigners first over Americans, which is quite the opposite of what Americans seem to want after they voted in President Trump who promised to put Americans first. How she holds a seat in Congress when her sympathies couldn’t be further from the American people is baffling.
” When someone is struggling because their bridge broke down, when USAID comes in and helps fix that bridge, that creates goodwill for the American people. When people are dying of malaria and there is medication through USAID, that creates goodwill for the American people. When people are fleeing and they need just a little bit of food, and USAID is there to provide that, that creates goodwill for the American people”, Omar continued.
Omar’s comments may have had a point except for the fact the goodwill of the American people has already been proven to the world. America is a nation that was born a beacon of freedom and Americans have selflessly sacrificed their lives to defend the free world against those who have tried, and continue to try, to take it down. The only reason she, and any American, is able to stand and speak on a platform is because of the military, not USAID.
Omar did not only focus on attacking the US military, but attacked President Trump and Elon Musk as well for putting America first and applying their business savvy practices to help America and Americans prosper. In response to her thoughtful question,” What kind of country is this man] Elon Musk ] turning our country into”? Omar could be told a few things, but primarily, a prosperous one. In response to her other thoughtful question,” What kind of country are we becoming”, the answer is the one America was meant to be, a proud country that defends freedom and uses its power as the ultimate force for good in the world.
