For the deaths of model Christy Giles and her companion, Hollywood producer David Pearce was found guilty on Tuesday on two matters of first-degree death. Additionally, the developer was found guilty of rape and sexual abuse in relation to seven other ladies.
The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office announced in a press release on Wednesday that Pearce had been found guilty by a judge on Tuesday of two counts of first-degree death in the incidents of Christy Giles and Hilda Marcela Cabrales-Arzola in Beverly Hills in November 2021.
According to The Daily Caller, Giles and Cabrales-Arzola were spotted with Pearce at a gathering in Los Angeles on November 13, 2021. According to ABC 7, the two survivors after received medicines and apparently medicated before being dropped off at two distinct hospitals by Pearce and Brandt Walter Osborn, the co-defendant of the Hollywood producer, according to ABC 7.
The Hollywood producer was found guilty of “rape and other physical attack” against seven girls between 2007 and 2021, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office in addition to the crime claims against Pearce.

According to Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman, a prolific murderer was held responsible for the tragic deaths of Christy Giles and Hilda Marcela Cabrales-Arzola, both of whom tragically passed away as victims of fentanyl toxicity, and the abuse of seven different people across Los Angeles.
According to the jury’s report on Wednesday, Pearce was found guilty of all the charges against him, including two counts of first-degree murder, three counts of forcible assault, one count of adultery by pressure, one count of sexual infiltration by pressure, one count of sexual penetration by a foreign thing, and one count of murder of an unconscious lady.
In a press release released on Wednesday, Homach thanked the test group, Deputy District Attorneys Catherine Mariano and Seth Carmack, for their tireless efforts to bring about justice and dedication to provide a voice to the women who courageously came forth to survey crimes committed against them. The office will pursue those who supply fentanyl without authorization and who commit sexual assault in the most serious way.
Pearce is currently scheduled to be sentenced on March 13 according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. The attorney’s office noted that Pearce could spend up to 148 years in prison and that the Hollywood producer would have to pay a lifetime sex offender registration.
