Donald Trump, the president of the United States, revealed on Friday that he had a telephone conversation with Vladimir Putin in an effort to put an end to the Ukrainian conflict.
Trump declined to specify how many times the two officials had spoken in an exclusive interview with The New York Post aboard Air Force One, insisting that Putin “does care” about the life lost in the fight.
” He wants to see people quit dying”, Trump said.

” All those dead people. Young, fresh, wonderful individuals. They’re like your children, two million of them– and for no cause”.
The battle began in February 2022 when Russia launched a full-scale conquest of Ukraine, citing security concerns over Ukraine’s growing relations with NATO and the West.
Trump asserts that under his leadership, the Ukraine war “never may have happened.”
The war in Ukraine, now in its fourth year, “never would include happened” if he had been in office in 2022, Trump asserted. He emphasized his previous relationships with Putin and said he has a concrete plan to stop them.
” I often had a great relationship with Putin”, he said, contrasting it with his father, former President Joe Biden. ” Biden was a humiliator to our country. A full shame”.
While on Air Force One, Trump turned to national security advisor Mike Waltz and said,” Let’s get these discussions going. They want to join. Every day individuals are dying. Young, attractive troops are murdered. Younger people, like my children. On both edges. All over the battle”.
Trump and Volodymyr Zelensky, president of Ukraine, have proposed a$ 500 million deal that will grant them access to Ukraine’s rare-earth minerals and gas. Following year, US Vice President JD Vance will match with Zelensky at the Munich safety event.
Trump says he’ didn’t nuke’ Iran
Trump also mentioned Iran’s growing conflicts and said he favored negotiations over military action.
” I would like a package done with Iran on non-nuclear. They don’t want to death, so I would rather that than bombing the devil out of it. Anyone wants to die”, he told The Post.
He made the suggestion that a deal does prevent Israel from attacking Iran, but he did not specify what he might return.
” In a way, I don’t like telling you what I’m going to show them. You know, it’s no nice”, Trump said. I may show them what I should, and I hope they decide not to do what they are considering doing. And I think they’ll definitely been happy”.
When asked for facts, he replied,” I can’t say that because it’s too harsh. I didn’t rocket them”.
Otherwise, he insisted on agreements, saying,” I’d tell them I’d produce a deal”.
Trump recently stated that he had instructed his consultants to immediately react violently if Iran assassinates him.
” If they did that, they may be obliterated”, he said. ” I’ve left instructions—if they do it, they get obliterated. There won’t be anything left”.
