According to Simon and/or Garfunkel ( Who are we kidding? It was Simon ),  , shadows is my old friend. Also, I don’t know if shadow was ever truly my companion, but reality is definitely, obviously my oldest army.

Particularly when I was in my 20s and one.
” Reality” ruined everything. It prevented me from dating celebrities. It’s why Pam Anderson doesn’t gain my calling. ( And why that babe from” Xena” insisted on a restraining order. ) Because of warm, cruel truth, I always got to be the starting quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys. ( Never participated in a single Super Bowl )! And instead of driving a wicked-cool Ferrari, I was puttering round in a Buick train carriage with wood paneling.
Real takes.
Every time a pretty girl rejected me, I’d drop to my knees, lift my mouth to the sky, and scream at the top of my airways,” Damn you, truth! Damned you to Hell”!
My issue, of course, wasn’t PR. Nor was it spin, inefficient brand, or off-target communications. It was truth.
I was a burst, stupid school person with bad hair and pimples. I lived in a cellar room. To many Taco Bell for me. What may I impart to you?
All the Marketing in the world doesn’t have moved the needle for 22-year-old me. That’s because I wasn’t suffering from a PR issue — it was a real problem.
And this brings us to yesterday’s Democratic Party.
” Democrats ‘ Protest Tactics Show Political Impotence in Trump Era,” according to a recent article from Bloomberg. The cat emerges from the case in the opening line of the second article:
Stagecraft is, for now, Democrats ‘ statesmanship.
Meaning that the Democrats ‘” answer” to MAGA’s speed is to double down on PR methods: showmanship, drama, glad, and roll.
It’s exactly the wrong strategy.

Trump excels at it by far. When you’re the opposition group, you’re almost always on the defence, because you’re responding to the mission of the lot. To be successful, you may be a clever, unscrupulous counterpuncher. You can’t get the bait and swing madly at all, you must be disciplined, pick your events, and” steal sessions” with careful flakes.
But Trump is just too busy to feint. Typically, a politician may (occasionally ) sleep, sleep, or take a day off. No Trump: He’s a storm of bipolar motion, and by the moment the Democrats get ready to feint, it’s already today’s news.
The Democrats are aware of their sexual iniquities and the DNC’s acceptance of them ( which also extends to them ). The Bloomberg content continued:
Senator Patty Murray claimed that her group’s actions amounted to “pulling the fire concern” on an unfolding issue. In previous years, her position as the top-ranking Democrat on the Appropriations Committee has given her strong influence over national spending.
( Of course, it wouldn’t be the first time a Democrat got in trouble for illegally pulling the fire alarm. )
The Democratic Party just can’t help itself. For its own psychological reasons, it can’t move beyond the “denial” stage of grief. Doing so would jeopardize the party’s sense of purpose, identity, and ego. Right now, the “patient” cannot heal itself because it won’t accept the diagnosis.
Instead, it rejects it: Trump is Hitler! Musk is Hitler! MAGA is Hitler! I’m the only one defending democracy!

A sane, rationale actor would take a step back and consider his own role in losing three branches of government, a majority of statehouses, and two-thirds of the Supreme Court. And then they’d develop a better product.
Fortunately for the GOP, they’re just not ready for that level of introspection. Not yet. ( And probably not until it’s forced upon them. )
So the Democratic Party’s losers continue to lose. They can’t even counterpunch effectively, because they overreact to every feint. They’re so ridiculously undisciplined, they’re chasing shadows, following the champ around the ring like a puppy dog — eating a buffet of rights, jabs, and uppercuts.
Meanwhile, the most-vocal members of the liberal alliance are pleading for more theatrics, more , fireworks, and more enraged opposition:
And it’s activists who are enraged and demand a stronger Democratic response. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, a progressive representative, told Politico that her Senate colleagues should “blow this place up,” including” a halt on all Trump cabinet nominees.”
The Democratic Party is like a patient that’s dying of cancer. However, they continue to increase the dosage of Midol in place of chemotherapy. It’s exactly, precisely, 100 % the wrong remedy.  ,
And that’s the reality of it.
