I’ve always enjoyed hearing a politician speak from the church. It’s one of the causes I’m happy I am no longer an Episcopalian. Having said that, churches continue to preach elections, but the extent to which a temple is getting away with it has historically depended on the politicians in question, including whether or not it has been accused of blending church and state and provoking calls for an end to tax-exempt position.  ,

During the most recent election cycle, the consequences of Christian patriotism were utterly unheard. We all know how well the Left’s plan turned out. However, projection is progressivism’s main trade, and I’m sure no one among the democratic ranks has raised questions about a sermon a pastor preached this past Sunday.  ,
Greater Second Missionary Baptist Church in Chattanooga, Tennessee, Dr. Steve Caudle, addressed the church to express his concern over Elon Musk’s and DOGE’s actions. The priest commented:
And I may say to you, dearest: no one likes assault, but often violence is essential. There is a chance of violence when Elon Musk tries to force his way into the US Treasury and threatens to take your personal information and social security card, the preacher claimed. Often the devil acts so ugly that there is no choice but to fight and become harsh!
Propaganda and violent language about DOGE are spreading into preachers all over the country:
” No another likes violence, but occasionally violence is essential. When Elon Musk tries his luck on Elon Musk’s entry into the US Treasury and threatens to seize your social media accounts and personal data. twitter.com/JJl0XWVRAd

In order to help his call to arms, Caudle offered Mathew 11: 12 for those who might consider it a little ironic that someone would speak violence from the podium. The phrase” From the time of John the Baptist until today, the kingdom of heaven has been subject to murder, and violent folks have been raiding it” is in question.  ,
This is undoubtedly not the first time someone has yanked gospel out of perspective to fulfill a need. I’ve seen it outside, from speeches and Bible reports to seminars and books. But for a bit of history, that column comes from a conversation about John the Baptist. Jesus is speaking to John’s fans at the beginning of the book about whether or not he is the predicted about. That particular verse appears in a later discussion with the audience that will follow John’s followers ‘ departure regarding John. It is unrelated to committing violent acts. There is no advice to struggle in the roads.  ,
It’s difficult to tell whether the Left’s people are gullible or severely misinformed in this day and age. My guess is that in this situation, it is the latter. We have a population that transcends cultural boundaries and has been taught for the past ten times that Donald Trump is nothing short of the devil and that his followers are spirits. They have evolved from being just a talking point to a church to the left, afraid we say that? The number of individuals the political class has persuaded to support the rift is even more disturbing than Caudle’s words, which is even more disturbing. These individuals do not just support being taken advantage of; instead, we have calls for violence to stop the fraud.  ,

If Caudle may appear beyond his prejudices, he may know that Musk is not threatening anyone’s personal information or social security money, health, or future. That would be the people and organizations DOGE is investigating. When he understood that, he might want to skip back for next year’s speech to Luke 19: 8 or, much however, Matthew 21: 12-13.
