
Eight Venezuelan unlawful immigrants were detained and charged with operating a international sex trafficking ring with ties to the Tren de Aragua group, according to a release from the U.S. Department of Justice on Wednesday.
Eight defendants have been charged with “various offenses arising from their individual roles in a multinational corporate sexual business,” according to a press release released on Wednesday. The eight improper newcomers, according to the press release, operated” an improper corporate sex and sex trafficking business” between July of 2022 and March of 2024 at lodgings in Nashville.
The defendants, according to the indictment, used the internet and their cell phones to direct commercial sex buyers to perform commercial sex with the victims at the motels before obtaining the profits from that commercial sex for the defendants ‘ benefit once the defendants facilitated the victims ‘ arrival in the United States. the Justice Department stated.
Acting U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Tennessee Robert McGuire told reporters on Tuesday that when the sex smuggling ring victims arrived from abroad and were “far from home,” they were “bullied, intimidated, and threatened with having sex with full neighbors.”

According to The New York Post, law enforcement officials noted that some of the patients had their emigration papers and children taken from them in order to ensure that they followed the sex trafficking ring’s instructions.
The Justice Department identified Klebier Daniel Mota Rivero and Yilibeth Del Carmen Rivero-Del Caldera as the sex trafficking ring’s officials. The leaders of the sex trafficking ring allegedly threatened the subjects and compelled them to continue performing sexual acts until the accused ‘ debts were paid, according to law enforcement officials.
