After she made the claim that the Holocaust was due to” too many free talk,” US secretary of state Marco Rubio vehemently refuted the claim during a heated exchange on the news program” Face the Nation” on CBS News.
Rubio was defending US vice chairman JD Vance’s talk at the Munich Security Conference, where Vance took aim at Europe’s growing trend of repression. Brennan, however, seemed to indicate that completely talk itself had been “weaponized” to bring about the Holocaust under Nazi Germany.
The conversation took a sharp turn when Brennan remarked,” Well, he]Vance ] was standing in a country where free speech was weaponized to conduct a genocide”.
