The Atlantic’s “disinformation specialist”, Anne Applebaum, came straight out and admitted it Thursday: The continuous administration is a “regime change” in the United States. The article has the title” How Regime Change Happens in America” and is titled” There’s a Term for What Trump and Musk Are Doing.”
Her author’s second line reads:” Expand and its boss, Elon Musk, have … focused their action on the destruction of the federal civil services, along with its culture and values, and its successor with something different. In other words: government change”.
The federal government controls our state, and Applebaum makes it clear that he sees the president, Congress, and the national judiciary as obstacles to its rule. It’s straight in line with the opinions of Woodrow Wilson, Theodore Roosevelt, Franklin Roosevelt, and other first Progressives, who hated the Constitution’s checks and balances within a separation of powers and designed their operational condition to remove the legal section of our state.
As numerous constitutional scholars have documented, the establishment of this unaccountable fourth branch of government was actually a regime change. It was a secret regime change, though, because Progressives such as Wilson and the Roosevelts kept claiming to support the Constitution.
They meant a different thing by” the Constitution”, though, than most Americans, meaning they governed by lies. The “living Constitution,” which is no constitution at all and is run by bureaucrats who are essentially free from the restraints of both law and elections, was added.
Now Applebaum is correct in saying that a second “regime change” would be necessary to replace this unconstitutional system and return to the original. This is a limited hangout because she uses the term “regime change” without also acknowledging that her is the side of the original regime change that constitutionalists are trying to reverse. The Left is the only true party to change the world, and like communists, they openly accuse their allies of what they are already doing.
Applebaum is well-versed in communism and regime change. She’s a Pulitzer Prize-winning writer who studied communism in 1985 Russia. She previously served on the advisory board of the Global Disinformation Index, which includes members of several regime-changing organizations, including the Council on Foreign Relations and the funding-endangered National Endowment for Democracy. That’s a government-funded censorship program that has specifically targeted The Federalist and over which The Federalist, Daily Wire, and Texas are suing the U. S. State Department.
More Projection about Americans Under Occupation
The only thing that these policies will change is the civil service’s behavior and values, according to the statement. Applebaum writes. ” Suddenly, and not accidentally, people who work for the American federal government are having the same experience as people who find themselves living under foreign occupation”.
Beyond her intriguing choice to refer to at-will as “foreign occupation,” this is a covert projection from those who are actually putting Americans to sleep as if they were living under foreign occupation. The left is the party of regime change, not the right.
What else were lockdowns but tyrannical rule imposed by elected bureaucrats via edicts that never passed laws? What other sources of funding do the administrative state have for the funding of tens of thousands of Marxist cultural organizations to cover every public space with rainbow propaganda?
What other sources of funding do state media have to smear political propaganda over public discourse? What else is the bureaucracy flinging our sons and even daughters who are pregnant all over the world to wage war overseas without the elected Congress’s consent? In my most recent book, I describe how self-alienated strangers have imposed their way of life and government without any legitimate rule over all of these.
Patronage Only for Democratic Voters
Applebaum is clearly detached from reality in many other ways besides the article’s primary depiction of evil leftist actions on its victims. She claims that the administrative state is not already a system of patronage for Democratic voters, and that mandating executive branch employees to acquit them” will in reality represent a return to patronage.”
In the 2024 election cycle, according to OpenSecrets. org, 69.5 percent of federal employee political contributions went to Democrats. In 2024, federal employees contributed 84 percent of all their political spending to Democrats, including contributions from the Department of Defense, Air Force, Navy, and Army. Republicans received a total of zero political contributions from the Office of Personnel Management and the U.S. Department of Education in 2024.
Honey, the federal bureaucracy is already a patronage system. You simply object to elections granting Republicans control over that patronage system.
We All Know Which Is the Party of Cultural Revolution
” Eventually, anyone who interacts with the federal government — private companies, philanthropies, churches, and above all, citizens — might find that the cultural revolution affects them too”, writes Applebaum, who apparently lives under a rock. It seems like a long time ago that cultural revolutionaries who shared the same ideology as the vast majority of bureaucrats hounded a small Indiana pizza shop out of business for doubting that even though they served anyone who came to their shop, they still would serve people.
That was just one initial example of the pressure being put on faith by federal agencies into a national forest fire. Just last year, those organizations were urging large banks to list customers who had purchased guns and Bibles and were being considered potential domestic terrorists lists. By requiring a public service of faith in the diversity, equity, and inclusion religion as a prerequisite for teacher licensing, Democrats ‘ vice presidential candidate of three months ago appointed bureaucrats who banned Christians from teaching in public schools. Only a small percentage of the books on Amazon are at least shadowbanned, with others being on shelves full of books about” the cultural revolution affects ]ordinary Americans.”
Applebaum appears to have absorbed no data that disproves her grave mistakes from the beginning. She goes on to say that federal employees will now face “moral dilemmas of a kind no American government employee has faced in recent history” as a result of Trump’s election as president once more.  , Protest or collaborate?  , Speak up against lawbreaking or remain silent? A select few people will favor heroism. In late January, a career civil servant, Nick Gottlieb, refused to obey an order to place several dozen , senior USAID employees , on administrative leave, on the grounds that the order violated the law”.
No one in the Department of Justice or FBI ever encountered a “moral dilemma” when federal agents were preparing an unprecedented raid on a former president over a document dispute that also affected the sitting Democrat president, who was not affected. No one questioned whether to “protest or collaborate” when federal agents were using military-grade equipment to detain compliant grannies who walked on public property while others were rioting. Applebaum lives in upside-down world.
Learn to Code, Amirite?
Applebaum’s inability to comprehend practically anything about her own people and country seems unconstrained. She even contends that Trump’s offer of a buyout “inflicts trauma” on federal employees. This, you see, tells bureaucrats, “you are expendable”, Applebaum says.
Where have Applebaum’s tears been for this” trauma” inflicted over the last 40 years on hundreds of thousands of Americans working in manufacturing? Did we see any columns from her class raising alarms about the” trauma” of forcing Americans to train their lower-wage H-1B replacements? What about concerns about the influx of low-skilled labor to specifically displac African Americans from the workforce?
Did any of these displaced Americans receive severance with months of pay for inability to work? Was their plight also suggestive of “foreign occupation”? Or are only Democrat-voting federal workers worthy of Applebaum’s sympathy, advocacy, and valorization?
Every level of government in the United States must radically alter its system to publicly denigrate those whose rights it veer off and without their free will. Despicable individuals who lie to themselves and not only to us about what they have done have caused this regime change. It’s long past time for their lies to end, and their regime change to collapse.
