In a series of now-deleted messages on social media, Grimes expressed disappointment over Musk’s reported lack of response to her emails, calling, and scheduled meetings regarding the essential condition. Her information, which immediately gained public interest, emphasised the severity of the issue, stating that the child may experience “lifelong damage” if actions was never taken immediately. The posts were later taken down, with Grimes claiming that they were instead turning into a media frenzy and were not eliciting a response from Musk.
Grimes ‘ public plea to Elon Musk to respond amid child’s medical crisis
Grimes, whose real name is Claire Boucher, directly addressed Musk in her initial post, stating:
” Plz respond about our child’s medical crisis. It is no longer acceptable to ignore this circumstance, but I regret doing this in public. This requires immediate attention”.
The post stated that she had exhausted her private channels of communication with Musk and had only used the public platform as a last resort.
In a follow-up post, she requested Musk to either respond himself or appoint someone to handle the situation, writing:
” If you don’t want to talk to me, could you kindly designate or employ someone who can so that we can move forward with this problem?” This is urgent, Elon”.
What she described as Musk’s refusal to discuss their child’s medical needs was the subject of her public appeal, which revealed her deep annoyance.

As the posts gained traction, Grimes responded to a fan, elaborating on her struggles to get Musk’s attention. She claimed that Musk had ignored all attempts at communication, stating:
” I’m not giving any details, but he won’t respond to texts, calls, or emails and has skipped every meeting. Our child will suffer lifelong impairment if he doesn’t respond ASAP, so I need him to f***ing respond. If I have to apply public pressure, then I guess that’s where we are at”.
Musk, who is active on social media, did not publicly acknowledge or respond to her posts, further fueling speculation about the situation.

Shortly after the posts went viral, Grimes deleted them, explaining her decision in another message. According to her, the posts were being shadowbanned, meaning they were not appearing in users ‘ main feeds. A social media user pointed this out, writing:
The only way to see your tweets is through your profile’s “replies” tab, which is currently being shadowbanned (you probably already know this ).
In response, Grimes stated:
” I am deleting them right now because all it is is a media circus at the expense of the kids if they’re being shadowbanned and not eliciting a response.”
