
Brandon K. Hantz, a former” Man” alumnus, is facing criminal and arson charges after being named in a federal indictment relating to a violent, international motorcycle group in southern Texas.
The former reality star was indicted in Houston along with 13 other current and former associates of the Bandidos Outlaw Motorcycle Gang and Mascareros Motorcycle Club, the U. S. Attorney’s Office, Southern District of Texas, said Wednesday in a , speech. The 22-count accusation, unsealed Feb. 11, alleges that the Bandidos, a self-identified “outlaw” motorcycle business, allegedly engaged in a conspiracy to commit criminal action and committed violent acts, including death, attempted murder and rape.
Hantz, 33, also known as Loco and Gun Drop, is charged with conspiracy to commit criminal action, as well as fire. If convicted, he may face up to 20 times on each count.
The U. S. Attorney’s Office said the prosecution is” an essential step in eliminating” the Bandidos Outlaw Motorcycle Gang.

Bacon, stated in the press release that” the Bandidos declare war on competitors and they pay that war on our roads.” The Department of Justice is totally committed to restoring peace to our communities, and criminal actions like this has no place in America.
The Bandidos and B*EAST, a foe motorcycle gang, are accused of starting a harsh turf war in the Houston area in 2019. Federal prosecutors allege that the Bandidos ‘ regional administration reportedly put out a” crush on page” order to commit physical attack, including death, against B*EAST people. They claimed that the turf war led to gunfire being exchanged with civilians on public streets and in public places.
” Ensuring the safety of the public is SDTX’s paramount concern”, U. S. Attorney Nicholas J. Ganjei said. The indictment here not only makes claims about shocking acts of violence, but also makes it clear that these acts were made without any explanation, leaving anyone who was a victim of impunity to be hurt or killed.
The Bandidos allegedly have approximately 1, 500 to 2, 000 members in the United States and an additional 1, 000 to 1, 500 members internationally, including in Mexico, according to the the U. S. Attorney’s Office.
On Wednesday at 2 p.m., it is not known if Hantz will be one of the defendants who were named in the indictment will make an initial appearance before U.S. Magistrate Judge Dena Hanovice Palermo. DOJ representatives did not respond to inquiries for confirmation right away.
Hantz, the nephew of notorious” Survivor” villain , Russell Hantz, is from Crosby, Texas, and appeared in Season 23 of” Survivor: South Pacific” in 2011 and in Season 26 of” Survivor: Caramoan” in 2013. After an altercation with another cast member, he infamously dumped his tribe’s food reserves in the latter season. A family member claimed Hantz left the Bandidos last year and that his home was raided by the FBI on Wednesday.
