US President Donald Trump on Saturday defended his government’s mass deportation work, framing them as a necessary action to rid the country of swindlers, cheaters, and officials working against American passions.
Trump reaffirmed his hardline immigration stance while speaking at the Conservative Political Action Conference ( CPA ) outside of Washington, citing the deportations as part of a larger effort to reform the system.

” The swindlers, liars, fraudsters, globalists, and serious state officials are being sent packing”, Trump declared. ” Illegal mysterious criminals are being returned home. We’re restoring government by the people and draining the lake.
Mass deportations deepen
Since returning to business, Trump has pushed ahead an extreme immigration assault. The Department of Homeland Security ( DHS) reported that as of February 3, federal agents had arrested 8, 768 individuals as part of the administration’s mass deportation campaign.
Among those deported, 332 American citizens have already been sent again in three separate volumes. Also, a group of deported Indians just landed in Panama after President Jose Raul Mulino agreed to make his state a “bridge” for emigrants.
US community without legal documents
According to a 2022 Pew Research Center report, unauthorized immigrants made up 3.3 % of the total US population and 23 % of the foreign-born population. Trump’s guidelines aim to drastically reduce these figures through large-scale removals.
Trump has vowed to continue and expand the assault, making immigration enforcement a basis of his presidency. Although his plans have drawn harsh criticism from human rights organizations, they continue to serve as a rallying point for his moderate center.
