Israeli defense secretary Israel Katz described the Israeli warplanes ‘ visit to Beirut during Hezbollah chief Sheikh Hassan Nasrallah’s death as a” clear information.” Tens of thousands gathered at Camille Chamoun Sports City Stadium to pay their respects as the jet, apparently the same types used in the attack that killed him, circled below.
You’ll focus on burial, I promise.
In a speech, Katz confirmed the Israeli Air Force’s reputation over the Syrian money. Whoever threatens to destroy Israel and attacks Israel, he said,” the Israeli Air Force flights that are already circle in the clouds of Beirut are sending a clear information.” He added:” You will specialise in funerals—and we in victories”.
When the formation of jet soared immediately above, Hezbollah supporters were seen carrying Nasrallah’s remains through crowded streets in a film that was widely distributed. Hezbollah supporters criticized the situation as provoking, while Israeli officials criticized it as a reminder to the organization’s management.
Strike that killed Nasrallah
In an Zionist attack on Hezbollah’s underwater offices in Beirut’s southern cities in September, Nasrallah was killed. Hassan Nasrallah is dead, according to spokesperson Nadav Shoshani on X, with the Israel Defense Forces ( IDF) confirming his death. The IDF even declared,” Hassan Nasrallah will no longer be able to terrorise the planet”.
The attack was a part of an ongoing conflict between Hezbollah and Israel, especially since the Israeli-Hamas conflict broke out on October 7. The US has designated Hezbollah as a terrorist organization after it launched numerous attacks on Israeli military installations along the frontier, calling it a “backup top” for Gaza. Nasrallah had vowed to continue fighting until a ceasefire was reached, insisting that Hezbollah’s attacks had helped deflect Israeli forces apart from Hamas.
Hezbollah’s longtime chief
Hezbollah was under the leadership of Sheikh Hassan Nasrallah for more than three decades, making it one of the most prominent militant teams in the Middle East. He joined the Amal movement in 1960, was born into a bad Shiite family, and co-founded Hezbollah in the 1980s. Under his leadership, the party officially declared its creation in 1985 with an “open letter” that named the US and the Soviet Union as Islam’s major enemies and called for the “obliteration” of Israel.
Israel continued to conduct operations to retake Hezbollah from the boundary after his demise. Numerous Hezbollah leaders have died as a result of the escalation, leaving thousands of others wounded, and hundreds more have also been killed as a result.
