A 27-year-old person has been rescued after spending more than three times in prison, where she was reportedly chained, raped, and abused by 40-year-old Karel N. The incident took place in the floor of a home in the town of Sirem, located in north Czech Republic.

Before calling emergency services and law enforcement, the resident and her spouse used a bolt cutter to remove the chain from the victim’s neck.
She claimed that the bed was heavy and that she was bound to it. She was able to free the chain and use it to leave through the window, according to the locals. The victim “managed to escape at night when he was not at home,” they continued.
The authorities have arrested Karel N, who reportedly knew the 27-year-old victim and was considered’ sociable’ by neighbours.
After enticing her with employment promises in Kryry, Louny, Karel N. previously detained and severely abused another woman in 2021, according to Czech media.
According to reports, he allegedly used a female associate to help him abuse the 22-year-old woman while placing a dog head mask on her. He then suspended her with chains on all fours and gave her electric shocks.
” She was then held in a torturous manner, one could even say tortured in various ways, and her human dignity was humiliated. There was also a certain form of sexual intercourse”, the Louny District Court president, Hana Bachova told CNN Prima News.
The young woman ran after being held hostage for a day. Following a successful appeal, he was given a three-year prison sentence for rape and privation of liberty, but he was released on probation in 2022.
Karel N allegedly promised to stop doing this, and the judge found his original sentence to be too harsh. He is being held in custody while his second victim’s recent abduction and abuse is being tried.
