With new restrictions set to be imposed on those who have close ties to the Russian state or have built their wealth through position relationships, Britain is tightening its position on Russia. The procedures, which will be announced on Monday, travel exactly three times after Russia launched its invasion of Ukraine, reports Reuters news agency.
The UK government said the passage restrictions may apply to those providing” major help” to the Russian condition, including senior politicians, federal officials, and firm figures with accessibility to the highest levels of power.
You are not encouraged in the UK, you are not.
The fresh regulations ‘ target groups were addressed by British Security Minister Dan Jarvis with a powerful message.
” You are not encouraged in the UK”, he said. The steps announced now” slam the door shut to the oligarchs who have bankrolled this unlawful and unfair battle while enriched themselves at the cost of the Soviet people.”
The most recent action builds on UK restrictions currently in place against Soviet business leaders who have backed President Vladimir Putin‘s battle effort.
