President Donald Trump made it known on Wednesday that he would meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Friday and sign a deal that would grant the US access to unique materials in Ukraine.
During his first cabinet conference on Wednesday, Trump said,” We’re doing very well with Russia-Ukraine. President Zelensky is going to be coming on Friday, that’s then confirmed, and we’re going to get signing an arrangement, which will be a really great deal”.
” That will be on unusual world and different points”, Trump added. ” As you know, we’re in for probably$ 350 billion”.
The United States would receive access to Ukraine’s normal assets in exchange for the help the United States has given Ukraine during its conflict with Russia, according to Fox News.
Secretary of State Marco Rubio said,” This is a good deal for Ukraine,” in an interview on Wednesday. I mean, the United States is working with them to help them use their natural assets after the fight to help pay back the American taxpayer and help to grow the Russian economy. I believe it to be a great deal for them and the best offer for us.
Trump also indicated during Wednesday’s case conference that the United States is not making” security offers” amid negotiations with Ukraine.
” Well, I’m not going to make security guarantees beyond quite much–we’re going to have Europe do that”, Trump said. ” Because you know we’re talking about – Europe is their next-door neighbor”.

Following Wednesday’s government meet, Trump was asked by a member of the media what” concessions” he would like to see as he attempts to communicate an end to the war between Russia and Ukraine.
” Oh, I don’t want to tell right now”, Trump told the reporter. ” But I can tell you that NATO-you you forget about. I think that’s probably the reason the whole thing started”.
Following Trump’s statement, the 47th president asked Vice President J. D. Vance if he had a” statement” to add regarding the negotiations with Russia and Ukraine. Trump noted that Vance has “been pretty little involved” in the negotiation process.
In response, Vance told writers,” I mean, look, as the leader said, we’re not going to accomplish the dialogue in people with the British media. He’s going to do it in private with the leader of Russia, with the president of Ukraine, and with other officials, and I think that’s how this has to go”.
