According to Fox News Digital, 40-year-old Justin Thomas Nelson, who calls himself” Lucy Grace” Nelson, was charged with using bombs during a criminal, criminal mischief, and legal try to commit a Group 3 criminal. The Loveland Police Department launched an “extensive analysis” on January 29, following a series of escalating strikes at the Tesla shop.
When police finally apprehended Nelson, he reportedly returned to the dealership on Monday night, armed with more explosive devices and theft materials. With each assault, the graffiti incidents from January 29 through February 2 and February 7 officially grew more intense.
