Attorney General Pam Bondi claims that the FBI is withholding” thousands of pages of files” from the federal government’s research into dying sexual smuggler Jeffrey Epstein.
Before Patel took the oath of office last Friday, Bondi claimed in a letter to FBI Director Kash Patel that she had first “request the full and complete data related to Jeffrey Epstein.” In reaction, the company officially forfeited “approximately 200 pages of documents, which consisted mainly of aircraft logs, Epstein’s record of contacts, and a list of victims ‘ names and phone numbers”.
The attorney general noted how she “repeatedly questioned” the FBI about whether the shipment “was the entire collection of documents reactive” to her examination, and immediately claimed she was “repeatedly assured” by the company the returned records were the “full set of documents”.
According to Bondi, but, the FBI wasn’t being accurate.
The Trump-appointee claimed that a cause had informed her that the FBI’s New York office had “kunds of pages of documents” related to the Epstein analysis and prosecution, and that the FBI had not made any disclosures about these documents.
Bondi noted in her letter that Patel was” just as surprised as]she ] was to learn this new information” when the two of them reportedly met on Wednesday.
Phil Wegmann of RealClearPolitics reported this to be a glaring error in a Thursday post. An unnamed Court cause, who allegedly claimed Bondi and Patel are” 100 % on the same page,” was cited by the White House writer.
In her notice to Patel, Bondi stated that regardless of how such information was obtained, the FBI” may offer the full and complete Epstein data” to her company by Friday night.
Bondi wrote to Patel,” There will be no withholdings or limits on my or your access.” As I have always done throughout my career as a prosecutor, the Department of Justice will make sure that any public publication of these folders may be done in a way that is both fair and legal.
The attorney general’s order also included a 14-day deadline for Patel to provide Bondi the results of an investigation into the FBI’s alleged misconduct by refusing to turn over the requested Epstein documents.
According to the New York Post,” Bondi had hinted on Fox News ‘ Jesse Watters Primetime’ that the DOJ was going to transfer’ some Epstein info,’ while adding the fact that information of the financier’s misuse of more than 250 victims’ may make you sick.'” No new documents have been released to the general public as of this article’s publication.
The FBI’s New York field office has a track record of engaging in corrupt activity, so it’s important to mention that. Specifically, the office partook in the Obama administration’s Trump-Russia collusion hoax.
Special Counsel John Durham explained in his bombshell report on the baseless hoax how the FBI New York field office was key in launching an investigation into Carter Page, a former Trump campaign official, in his enraging report. The report noted how” ]i ] n April 2016, shortly after Page was named as an advisor to the Trump campaign, the]New York Field Office] opened a counterintelligence investigation of him”.
According to Tristan Justice, The Federalist’s Tristan Justice previously reported that James Comey, the then-FBI Director, “was in charge of the inquiry from the New York field office to the FBI headquarters.” At this point, according to Justice, Comey “pressed Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe for the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Watch” to spie on Page.
