According to New York Post, a New York-based TikToker who purportedly called for Elon Musk‘s death is currently the subject of an investigation by US counsel and supporter of US President Donald Trump, according to the New York Post.
Sarah C. Roberts, a self-described executive producer, posted a video to her 4,000 TikTok followers in which she made a throat-slitting gesture while mentioning Musk’s name.
” We need to X him”, she said, referring to the Tesla and X user. ” And by X, I mean formally known as death”.
Roberts next mocked law protection, claiming she had never filed taxes for eight years and had not faced effects.
” Arrest me. You don’t have adequate folks to also check me at this point”, she said in the since-deleted picture. ” So I’m going to fing declare it. This attack some motherf***”.
The video went viral on social media, and it received tons of shares. Musk himself took see, tagging Martin, the US attorney for Washington, DC, to maintain officials were conscious.

Following the reaction, Roberts deleted her TikTok accounts and made her Instagram secret.
” Why do people get on TikTok and only self-snitch? I don’t know this need to out yourself”, one person wrote on X.
” I hope that the FBI takes this lady very severely – such challenges have to be investigated immediately”, another person commented.
Musk, who did not hold an official status but was present at President Trump’s first cabinet meeting this year, has recently stated that he has received numerous death threats. Martin, meanwhile, has launched a crackdown on challenges against public characters, including Musk and his DOGE employees.
” We must guard our officers, our lawyers, our Expand staff, the President, and all other federal employees from threats against our society”, Martin wrote in an email to employees obtained by Rolling Stone. He said his effort,’ Operation Whirlwind,’ aims to suppress the increasing quantity of risks against authorities.
Martin also confirmed a probe into Democrat Congressman Robert Garcia over comments he made about Musk in an interview last year.
