Bottom line: New York deserves better than a rehashed, scandal-stricken legislator who refuses to fade into obscurity where he belongs. Andrew may just win in the one-party system that controls NYC politics, demonstrating once more that transparency is merely a campaign slogan and not a guiding principle for Democrats.  ,
