On Monday, a military watchdog group sued the US Air Force to demand information regarding an experiment that was conducted under the Biden-Harris leadership to raise the graduation rates of people and other minority planes.
The Center to Advance Security in America ( CASA ) filed a lawsuit on Monday under the Freedom of Information Act ( FOIA ), requesting that the Air Force be required to provide communication records from any individuals and organizations involved in the Biden-Harris administration’s experiment, which was carried out by the 19th Air Force command.
The Air Force study, which was launched under the Biden-Harris management, attempted to” swarm” women and racial minorities into a different course than other employees to see if the cluster grouping may improve the graduation rates of ladies and cultural minorities, according to documents obtained by The Daily Caller.
According to The Daily Caller, the study was unsuccessful and did not result in an increase in the graduation rates for the Air Force. Additionally, the store pointed out that project officers reportedly were required to fraudulently discriminate against trainees.

The Biden DoD conducted a DEI study in the Air Force in 2021, according to CASA Director James Fitzpatrick, in order to boost female and minority flight school graduation rates. Some of the participants were explicitly wary of its legality, and it ultimately failed.
Officers who participated in the Biden-Harris administration’s program indicated in a memo that they were verbally pressured to meet certain demographic characteristics as part of the distinct class of trainees that were referred to as” America’s class.”
While a data analysis conducted between 2020 and 2023 revealed that minorities in other Air Force classes only made up roughly one-third of the classes, The Daily Caller reported, 62 % of” America’s class” was made up of underrepresented groups.
The foundations of performance-based rivals are sacrificed, according to an unnamed Air Force teacher aircraft and original Air Force teacher who is now a coach for the Air Force’s Academic Pilot Training.
According to Fitzpatrick, CASA’s new complaint did “force the Air Force to provide the information and communications related to this work” in order to inform the public about the unsuccessful Biden administration’s plan to introduce DEI into Air Force flight schools.
