Democrats behaved like children, and Rep. Al Green (D-Texas ) was so disruptive that House Speaker Mike Johnson forced him to be forcibly removed from the chamber, if you watched Trump speak to a joint session of Congress on Tuesday night.  ,

After the event, Green apologized for his destructive behavior and, of course, defended his juvenile behavior in a press conference.
According to Green,” The chairman said he had a authority, and I was making it clear to him that he had no authority to reduce Medicaid.” I have people who are incredibly wary. These people are bad, and they only receive medical care through Medicaid. And I want to let him know that Medicaid will be drastically reduced as a result of his finances.
Of course, this isn’t accurate. But Green was incapable of maintenance. He even advocated for raising Social Security’s cover and for Medicare’s potential risk.  ,
He must safeguard and protect Medicaid. We must increase Social Security’s seal, he said. These are the safety net initiatives that my parliamentary district relies on. And this president appears to be more concerned with how many people he you remove from the different programs that have benefited so many people than with their own.
When questioned about whether yelling during Trump’s discourse was the best way to convey his message, Green unwaveringly defended it. He claimed, apparently unaware of the humor,” It is the best way to find it across to a person who uses his incivility.” Who uses his indifference to our politeness. He is a person who has regularly used disrespect against civility.

Green stated that he was ready to accept any repercussions for his remark. ” I’m willing to endure whatever sentence I can get.” Don’t condemn me, I never said to someone. He said,” I’ve said I’ll take the punishment.” However, it’s worthwhile to let people realize that some of us will fight back against this government’s desire to reduce Medicare, Social Security, and Medicaid.
Trump does not, once more, have this need.  ,
Green responded,” That he has no authority to reduce Medicaid,” when asked what exactly he had yelled in the room.
The Texas senator added that his demonstration was a component of a wider Trump opposition. He continued,” I have other things I’m protesting, and I’m also working on my articles of impeachment.” This senator is inadequate, I say. Green remained angry despite being taken out of the room. This is the richest nation in the world, and there are some people who lack quality healthcare, he said. We must perform better, they say.
