Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey is urging the President Donald Trump’s Department of Justice ( DOJ) to research who certainly was running the country under Biden’s last years in office, since it is common knowledge he was on a cognitive decline. The problem may bring up the fact that some of Biden’s activities are “legally space”.
According to a text obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation, Bailey wants to know whether former President Joe Biden’s team exploited his cognitive decline to employ far-left plans.
If so, Biden’s senior activities — including last-minute mercy grants to violent criminals and sentence commutations for death row inmates— are “legally space” if he did not give his knowing acceptance, Bailey wrote Tuesday in a text to Judge Inspector General Michael Horowitz.
” By today, Biden’s mental decline is famous”, Bailey wrote. ” Under the 25th Amendment, his inability to make decisions should have meant a succession of power. Otherwise, it appears staff and officials in the Biden administration may have exploited Biden’s incompetence so they could issue requests without an responsible President of good thoughts approving them”.
There are “profound reasons to suspect that Biden’s team and democratic friends exploited his intellectual decline”, which was visible before he dropped out of the 2024 presidential contest, Bailey noted.
” Who has been running the country for the last few times”? Bailey wrote. ” I fear that Mr. Biden, while he held the office of President, did but in name only and was a simple puppet for far-left, unaccountable employees. The individuals deserve to know the truth”.
One obvious and very public recognition of Biden’s mental collapse came from Special Counsel Robert Hur’s report on Biden’s handling of categorized documents, Sur described Trump as” an old man with a bad memory”.
The Daily Caller also reminds us of how Biden was not aware he signed a moratorium on energy exports to Europe when Speaker of the House Mike Johnson asked about the decision, Johnson revealed during a January interview with The Free Press.
The Wall Street Journal reported , how Biden’s aides carefully controlled his schedule and took on some of his responsibilities amid his decline.

In his final days in office, Biden pardoned his son Hunter Biden. He pardoned several family members and issued preemptive pardons to Dr. Anthony Fauci and Gen. Mark Milley, along with members of the Jan. 6 committee, in the hours before Trump’s inauguration.
