President Donald Trump convened his Cabinet on Thursday to throw out how his leadership may be handling cost-cutting procedures and personnel moving ahead after mounting criticism over Elon Musk and the , Department of Government Performance.

The appointment comes after a national judge ordered the Trump administration to revoke thousands of job abortions of national staff implemented by the Office of Personnel Management, ruling that the movement was illegal.
Two management officials told Politico that Trump told his company officials that Musk, who was in presence, may be allowed to make suggestions about their agencies but would not be issuing orders on manpower.
Musk has increasingly faced legal failures, Democrat protests, and even some Republican grumbling amid his violent efforts to slice the national workforce.
