President Donald Trump created a work force for both the 2025 FIFA World Cup and the 2026 FIFA World Cup, both of which will take place in the United States.

This task force will be under the guidance of the Department of Homeland Security, and it was created to” showcase the Nation’s pride and hospitality while promoting economic growth and tourism” .&nbsp,

Trump signed the executive order that created the work pressure alongside the presence of Gianni Infantino, the president of FIFA.

The United States may become co-hosting the 2026 FIFA World Cup with Mexico and Canada. However, tensions between the United States and its northern and southern companions are great amid the taxes Trump placed on Mexico and Canada’s exports. But, Trump said this may add more excitement to the game. &nbsp,

” I think it’s going to make it more exciting”, Trump said. ” Tension is a good thing. It makes it much more exciting”.

Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem was likewise manifest during Trump’s filing of the professional order. She shared that she’ll be running “incident control centers” in the network places.

Following the Copa América last in Florida last summer, issues have been raised regarding America’s capacity to host either function due to an event at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami. Fans without cards stormed the venue, trampling safety officers&nbsp,

Both games are expected to bring a significant increase to the U. S. market, according to Infantino. &nbsp,

The Fifa Club World Cup, which has been expanded from past years, features some of the biggest teams from around the globe including Bayern Munich, Manchester City and Real Madrid. Lionel Messi’s Inter Miami may get taking part and activities will take place in various places across the U. S., including Washington, D. C.

The World Cup the next season kicks off in Mexico City, and will see sports in the likes of Seattle, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Miami, Philadelphia and more. The last may be held at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey. Messi’s Argentina are the defending champions, having won in Oman in 2022.
