Ukranian President Zelenskyy criticised Putin’s confusing position on the proposed peace, describing it as “highly deceitful” and alleged that Putin doesn’t really want a peace but is doesn’t want to remind US President Donald Trump.
Zelenskyy accused Putin of “actually preparing a unwillingness” while asserting that the Russian president is “afraid to suggest instantly to President Trump that he wants to continue this battle”.
In his night target, Zelenskyy responded to Putin’s first public comment regarding the US-proposed 30-day peace, which Ukraine supports. Putin expressed minimum assistance for the stalemate whilst raising major concerns about its implementation. ” We agree with the proposal for a ceasefire ( with Ukraine ) to cease hostilities, but we proceed from the fact that this ceasefire should lead to an enduring peace, and should remove the root causes of this crisis”, Putin said during a news conference with Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko.

In reply, Zelenskyy, in his day handle said,” We now have all heard from Russia Putin’s quite predictable, very deceptive terms in response to the idea of a stalemate”. Further continuing his criticism on Russia and Putin, he said,” We do not set parameters that complicate anything. Russia does that”. ” As we have always said, the only one who will bring things up, the only one who will become unconstructive, is Russia”, he added.
This comes after US management requested Russia to take an absolute peace, but Putin outlined several potential obstacles. Thereafter, Zelenskyy emphasised that Ukraine maintains a clear position, whilst Russia creates problems.
Putin expressed concerns about Ukraine probably gaining military advantages during a peace and noted challenges in monitoring for an agreement across the broad front line. He furthermore indicated a desire to continue martial functions, citing new Russian advancements.
Zelenskyy characterised Putin’s method as a normal pattern of direct rejection through creating difficulties and hurdles. He highlighted that the American part has offered to monitor the ceasefire’s implementation and identification.
The Ukrainian president affirmed that American and European capabilities could successfully manage the peace, allowing time to address safety issues and develop a comprehensive harmony program to end the conflict.
