The major operational tool of institutions, as well as of intellectual professional organizations, funding agencies, professional schools, and all government or quasi-government firms, including K12 education, school boards, and teachers ‘ organizations, has become the ideology of” social justice,” which includes both critical race theory, extreme gender theory, and queer theory. This philosophy is based on the Communist school fight idea, but substituting race, sex, and sexuality for the financial classes of bourgeois capitalists and poor workers. The fundamental distinction between oppressors and victims is retained.  ,

” Social justice” ideology is applied through the policies of “diversity, equity, inclusion” ( DEI), as imposed by Prime Minister Trudeau in Canada and by President Biden in the U. S.  ,
- Diversity of opinion, which is forbidden, is defined as people with different skin colors, different sexes, and different sexual preferences. Only those who fall under the “oppressed” category are welcome, and not all sexes, skin colors, and sexual preferences are not. Those who do not fall into the category are partially or entirely excluded.  ,
- Everyone’s performance in the work is equated to “equity,” which means everyone will receive the same results and rewards. Equality of opportunity is replaced by equality of result. Because it is assumed that everyone is capable, there is no distinction, and any differences are assumed to be the result of prejudice and discrimination.  ,
- ” Inclusion” means that everyone must be” comfortable”, meaning they should never hear any word that makes them feel excluded or uncomfortable. No one from the victim class should ever be offended by any of their words, ideas, or gestures. Members of the “oppressor” class are viewed as entitled to and need to hear offensive remarks.
What DEI means in practice is that in our universities, the preferred categories of people are BIPOC ( black, indigenous, people of color ), females, and LGBTQ2S++ ). White people, males, and heterosexuals are the unpreferred races. Social justice advocates interpret this as compensating oppressed people for their suffering and punishing oppressors for their ostensibly evil deeds. In other words, reverse racism, reverse sexism, and sexuality discrimination are regarded by the Trudeau Liberal Government and our universities as” social justice” . ,

In Canadian universities,” social justice” as it is currently applied means preferred admission of minority students and female students, preferred hiring of female and minority professors, staff, and administration, and preferred funding and awards for members of the oppressed category. Is it still unknown whether grades are determined based on skin color, sex, and sexuality. But whites and males are vanishingly few on Canadian university campuses. Despite the fact that “oppressor” whites make up the majority of the United States and there is an even greater majority in Canada, this discrimination exists. In both nations, there are halibuts of people.  ,
However, some minorities are seen as enemies and excluded because of their high academic standing if excluding the majority of the population were not enough. Jews are referred to as “hyper white,” while Asians are labeled as” white adjacent.” ( Historically, Jews were never classed as “white”. Jews were only labeled as being white when it came to that. Remember that those who excel in their academic, economic, and political fields are deemed by” social justice” theory to have done so by discriminating against “marginalized and underserved” minorities.  ,
Jews are, however, twice as guilty. Their homeland in their country of origin, Israel, and their national liberation movement, Zionism, are viewed as imperialistic and racist by university Marxists and race activists as well as by Palestinians and other Arabs and Muslims. The theory was that Israelis are white Europeans and that they are oppressing Palestinian people of color. ( This model is used to describe the Middle East’s race-conflict in North America. )  ,

This racial phantasy ignored most of the facts. Half of Israeli Jews immigrated from Middle Eastern nations where they were native Arabic speakers, and were forced to be deported when Israel was founded, compared to the majority of Israeli Jews who immigrated from Europe and Russia as refugees. The Ethiopian and Israeli Jews are not even taken into account in this. Furthermore, Arabs do not consider themselves people of color. Africans are despised as slaves because they have a long history of slave raiding in Africa. Middle Easterners were previously regarded as Caucasians in Western nations, including the United States.  ,
Jews are increasingly excluded because of the” social justice” preference for “oppressed” minorities as students, professors, and administrators. Elite universities have seen a precipitous decline in the number of Jews, with high-achieving Jewish students and professors having been prevalent and having a presence far higher than their tiny percentage of the population. There’s also been a fierce resistance to large numbers of meritorious Asian students.  ,
However, Asians could at least make up their identity as people of color. Whereas, Jews of the diaspora are identified as white oppressors, and, as well, having a white oppressor home country. Additionally, the majority of North American Jews are in favor of Zionism in some way, describing it as the Jewish national liberation movement and as their final haven in terms of security.  ,

Canadian and American Palestinian students, other Canadian and American Arab and Muslim students and professors, as well as Palestinian, Arab, and Muslim visiting students, have actively vilified Israel for decades. They fought for university student councils and university administrations to adopt laws to punish Israel and were supporters of the “boycott, divest, and sanction” movement. They organized” Israel Apartheid Week,” a campaign that spreads the blatant falsehood that Israeli Arab citizens are treated unfairly.  ,
Other Canadian and American students support the anti-Israel movement, particularly far-left progressives, socialists, and communists, who believe that Israelis are” colonial settlers” who have taken Palestinians ‘ land, a disingenuous Leninian myth. These individuals collectively form the” Red-Green Alliance” of far-leftists and Islamic supremacists. Canadian universities have large representations of this alliance, with the addition of sympathetic and activist professors from the 90 % or so of professors who are far-leftists. These courses now firmly reflect the alliance’s positions.  ,
Many student groups have supported BDS and Israel Apartheid Week, but not too many university administrations have adopted them as university policy. Additionally, student newspapers have a vested support for the Red-Green Alliance. For instance, the McGill Daily student newspaper has published article after article criticizing and denouncing Israel, but it won’t allow any articles supporting or defending it to be published.  ,

The Alliance claims that they are only opposed to Zionists, and that it has not publicly or explicitly criticized or demonized Jews. ( Despite the fact that “diversity” officers are known to be incredibly antisemitic. ) But the great majority of North American Jews do support Israel, and range from implicit to explicit to activist Zionists. Some have made Aliyah, or migration to Israel, and others have volunteered to serve in the Israeli Defense Force.  ,
, October 7, 2023, was a turning point. More than 1,100 Israelis were killed when Gazan jihadi terrorist organizations, Hamas, and the Palestinian Islamic Jihad, as well as numerous civilians, invaded southwest Israel. The jihadis gang raped girls and women to death, tied their mothers and children together, burned them alive, and cut their heads off. They also took 200 hostages. The Gazans who remained in Gaza also celebrated their great accomplishment on video and celebrated all of it.  ,
This event was marked in North America by some university students and professors celebrating this great victory of” the resistance”. This was followed quickly, before any Israeli retaliatory strikes, by condemning Israel, staging anti-Israel demonstrations, and eventually creating unauthorized or illegal tent camps at universities. Vandalism and building occupations were carried out on different campuses and continue to this day as I write in 2025. ( Hezbollah, in Lebanon, immediately began shooting rockets into Israeli communities. ) Jewish students were blasted and harassed at some universities. Jewish professors and students were sometimes prohibited from entering. After all,” social justice” ideology told university communities that Jews were” white oppressors”, just like Israel.  ,

Our universities, which are so protective of the delicate feelings of women, BIPOC, and LGBTQ2S++, do not seem to care about Jews being called for the murder of Jews ( as stated in the Hamas Founding Charter ) or who are subject to calls for the genocide of Jews. Nor do they seem to mind Jewish students not having access to the education that the universities promised.  ,
Antisemitism is back in a significant way, much like the antisemitism and pogroms of the past. In the early 20th century, there were severe restrictions on the number of Jews admitted to McGill, Harvard, and other universities. Jews are currently treated poorly as students and professors. The civilized era of the post-Holocaust is over. ” Never again” is here again.  ,
