After a judge’s order to block them was leaked, White House deputy chief of staff Stephen Miller and Department of Homeland Security Kristi Noem rushed to get 250 Tren de Aragua crew members in the air on two helicopters, according to a document.

Following President Donald Trump‘s use of the 1798 Alien Enemies Act, an Axios statement from Sunday detailed the rush from Trump administration authorities to avert a judge’s subsequent halt of all repatriation planes carrying members of the Venezuelan-based group.

Prior to the court’s ruling, which halted all imprisonment work for 14 days, Judge James Boasberg of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia issued the helicopters over foreign waters that day.

A senior White House official stated that” we wanted them on the ground first, before a judge could get the situation,” but this is how it turned out.

Both planes were now close to their destinations in El Salvador and Honduras when the judgement was over, according to Boasberg, who added that those aircraft would need to be directed back to the United States at the time.

Any planes carrying these people that is about to get off or is in the heat needs to be flown back to the United States, despite the success. Make certain it is done right away, he said.

After that, Trump administration officials debated whether to return the flights, and after legal counsel, the imprisonment efforts were continued.

A senior official said that there was a discussion about how far the judge’s decision can go given the circumstances and the international waters, and that we then proceeded to deport these criminals on counsel’s tips.

President Nayib Bukele confirmed the refugees ‘ appearance in film posted on X, and at least one of the flights made it to El Salvador.

The second 238 people of Tren de Aragua, a criminal organization from Venezuela, arrived in our nation today. They were immediately transferred to the Terrorism Confinement Center, CECOT, for a one-year ( renewable ) transfer.

The management is now arguing that the judge’s decision does not use to the two imprisonment flights because they were inside U.S. aircraft when they were over.

They were now a few miles outside of US aircraft. A minute senior administration official stated that” we do not consider the purchase is applicable.”

Authorities are also confident that any legitimate action brought against the presidency for breaking the law will be brought before the Supreme Court, where they will prevail.

The Supreme Court will hear this, it seems. And we’re going to prevail,” according to a top White House standard.
