According to Kirsten Hillman, Canada’s ambassador to the United States, her country’s fresh head shares” a lot in common” with President Donald Trump, which was in turn open the door for both nations to have flourishing economy.

In a statement praising Trump’s efforts to expand the United States, Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney vowed that Canada would never become the 51st state. Hillman cited recent discussions between U.S. and American officials as evidence of this commitment and how Canada is “fit into” Trump’s eyesight.

On Fox News Sunday with Shannon Bream, who was a guest host for Jacqui Heinrich, Hillman stated,” We want to have serious discussion, polite conversation.” The new prime minister acknowledges what President Trump is trying to do:” He’s trying to recharge the American market for American citizens, and he’s also trying to do that for Canada.” They therefore share a lot of traits. I believe it will be crucial to continue that conversation in a expert, objective manner.

Hillman explained how Carney’s opposition to Canada’s designation as its 51st state stems from the fact that “over 91 % of Canadians” are uninterested in making this happen. Hillman confirmed that Canada has reached out to the U.S. to support the two leaders connect and allow the two to form a” good and solid marriage,” despite Carney having yet to speak with Trump.

Hillman also provided details of a recent meeting she had with U.S. Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick, during which it was revealed that it was” clear” that the Trump administration would announce “affect the entire world” on April 2, the day that tariffs against Canada will go into effect. She continued, adding that People wanted to highlight how Canada fits into the United States ‘ “fairness agenda” because it purchases more goods from the United States than any other nation.

TRUMP’s DISGRESSION OF CANADA Dishonors AMERICA

In response to the United States ‘ relationship with other nations, Canadian Foreign Minister Melanie Joly pleaded with Canadian Secretary of State Marco Rubio to acknowledge that” Canada is your best friend, best neighbor, and best ally” on Wednesday. Joly added that her state has “done zero to support Trump’s attacks on our country.”

The two nations should discuss and negotiate trade, according to Ontario Premier Doug Ford, who has pushed for the U.S. and Canada to cool down in their dispute over tariffs. He also pledged to work” a stronger AM-CAN fortification” instead of “roll over” in this conflict so that both the United States and Canada can prosper economically.
