After being detained at the US-Mexico borders and being held in ICE prison for 12 days, American Pie celebrity Jasmine Mooney has returned to Canada. Mooney said she has no concept why she was detained at the borders and that she doesn’t blame President Donald Trump either for her agonizing experience of being transported three days over a 12-day period.
I don’t want to make people place their fingers at something. Actually, I don’t understand. However, it’s obvious that anyone can surmise what they want,” the French actress said when questioned about whether Trump’s border policies had caused her detention.

Jasmine Mooney, a resident of Vancouver, reported that the ICE detained her when she went to the US-Mexico border to maintain her card. The 35-year-old artist and businessman lives in Los Angeles. When she returned home, she learned that her card had been revoked and that she could hardly table a trip. She made the decision to renew her card at the borders, so she traveled to the US-Mexico border, where ICE officials detained her and claimed she lacked necessary documents to enter the country. The American government received a tip about Mooney’s arrest, and it stated that it was working to gather more details.
Mooney was immediately detained for three mornings at the southern Californian border crossing in San Ysidro. She was finally moved to San Diego’s Otay Mesa Detention Center where she spent three more times there. Mooney claimed that she felt as though she had been kidnapped because she was kept in stores.
According to an ICE spokesman, Hart was treated in accordance with the Trump administration’s rules mandating that all creatures who violate US immigration laws be detained.
As she arrived at the airport, Mooney said,” I’m however, to be honest, actually processing everything.” She continued, noting that she would “never in a million times” have crossed the border if she had believed it was “even a chance” that she might be detained.” I haven’t slept in a thus and haven’t eaten properly in a while.
