
The judge, who attempted to halt the imprisonment flights of 261 unlawful immigrants, received harsh words from borders emperor Tom Homan.
Judge James Boasberg of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia ruled on Saturday night that while overseeing a case involving five newcomers with lively imprisonment orders, imprisonment flights will be prohibited for 14 days. The Trump administration decided to deport the aircraft because they were now in air when Boasberg’s ruling was made.
