The political autopen has been around since the 1950s, and propriety has been up for debate for years. Barack Obama used an autopen to signal a bill into law in 2013 while on vacation in Hawaii, drawing on a constitutional note from the Bush administration that stated a president’s existence wasn’t required if they had authorized the name.

The key question with Biden is whether he really consented to using the autopen, or if someone else was running it for him.
The New York Post finally discovered a pattern of possible power misuse within the Biden White House, with insiders suspecting that a key aide may include made punitive choices regarding what to mark.
Because they were carried out by Autopen, Trump declared on Sunday night that Biden’s clemency are “VOID, VACANT, AND NO FURTHER FORCE And EFFECT.” In other words, Joe Biden “did not hint them” but, more importantly, he “did not know everything about them”!
The Oversight Project released a letter on Monday exposing 32 cases in which the Biden White House authorized mercy permits, granted clemency, and commuted thousands of dollars, including proactive clemency for people of the J6 Committee. The relevance of a leader who is run by autopen rather than the president himself are raised in the document.
Is This the Aide Who Abused Joe Biden’s Autopen?
President Biden’s signature was printed on the 51 mercy permits, according to” we analyzed them.” The Biden administration granted mercy to 4, 245 people, the most of any President, according to the letter. We discovered that the Biden White House authorized more than half of the mercy permits that were signed during his presidency using two versions of his name that were loaded into an autopen. In this memorandum, we identified the two autopen names as Autopen A and Autopen B.

We determined that the Biden Administration signed 16 permits with Autopen A, 16 permits with Autopen B, and 19 permits appear to have been signed with a damp name, according to the letter.

Yes, the Oversight Project hasn’t but confirmed that, but evidence suggests that one or more aides may have directly signed Biden’s signature on specific pardons and commutations, in addition to a rogue staffer using the autopen, probably without his knowledge.  ,

Had Biden’s mental decline be the cause of the irregularities? Possibly. However, his signature’s variations may indicate something even more disturbing: deliberate fraud.
This could be significant because it reveals that staff members believed Biden was out of it so that they may get away with real fraud, not only abuse of the autopen.
