Barack Obama used an autopen to signal a bill into law in 2013 while on vacation in Hawaii, drawing on a constitutional note from the Bush administration that stated a president’s existence wasn’t required if they had authorized the name.

The problem with Biden is, yet, whether he really gave permission for the autopen to be used, or if someone more was running it for him.
Therefore, according to The New York Post, a style of potential energy abuse was found in the Biden White House, with insiders suspecting that a key secretary may have made punitive choices regarding the signing of documents.
