Regardless of whether Democratic administrators and legislators support the Trump administration’s imprisonment of illegal immigrants, Attorney General Pam Bondi cautioned that the Trump administration may continue to do so.
Over the weekend, President Donald Trump invoked the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 to arrest people of the Cuban group Tren de Aragua. On Sunday, Gov. Bondi claims that the Trump administration will continue to use” all of our agencies” to protect the United States after Kathy Hochul (D-NY ) stated that she would not allow U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement to” just take people off the streets.”
Bondi then attacked the “out of touch with reality” rulers who placed illegal immigrants before American people, calling it “ludicrous” and unacceptable.  ,
The attorney general also argued that a federal judge” cannot” decide foreign policy for the nation as a whole because of Trump’s attempt to “meddle” in deporting illegal immigrants. She added that the Alien Enemies Act did “absolutely” apply to all imprisonment planes and the Trump presidency will “absolutely” following.  ,

Tom Homan, the frontier emperor, has also criticized the judge’s ruling, claiming it “defies logic.”
Trump has expressed gratitude to El Salvador and its leader, Nayib Bukele, for welcoming members of the Tren de Aragua and MS-13 groups, as well as Bukele’s knowledge of the “horrible position” in the United States. He also attributed the gangs ‘ initial presence to former president Joe Biden and” the Radical Left Democrats.”
