Since we hired the host this week, I’ve been anticipating this season of” Faith All Over the Place.” Kurt Petersheim, the head priest of Eastridge Church in Covington, Georgia, has known him his whole life. It’s an honor to know from him and serve as my priest because I’ve had the pleasure of watching him develop into a husband, father, and head.

Kurt and Kruiser and I invited Kurt in as our exclusive tourist to discuss our Christian commitment to serving others and bringing the world to Jesus because Missions Month is coming up at Eastridge. Kurt’s passion for missions was apparent as we discussed how a church like ours without any religious ties decides which missions to help. Additionally, we discussed how some goal relationships end up being broken.
Kurt cited the distinct honor of having “homegrown” operations partners who are Eastridge’s members serving God in various locations. We talked more in-depth about two of our operations companions, The Refuge Center and Newton Pregnancy Resource Center, both of which assist people with unplanned pregnancies, around.
We expanded our conversation so that we could discuss how the church could serve people in ways that some individuals think the government should. Kurt even offered some guidance for Christians who want their parishes to get more involved in missions work.

I told Kruiser and Kurt that I was beaming like a happy family member, and that was one of my favourite conversations so much. I also had the opportunity to share my beloved Kurt story from when he was a child and provide a brief glimpse into what I believed his upcoming would hold. Of course, that was before the Lord called him into government, which is clearly the best match for him.
