Trump Covers America; Judges Protect Terrorists

When President Trump invoked the Alien Enemies Act, he used a legal authority that has been enacted by leaders from Woodrow Wilson to Jimmy Carter. However, Trump’s valid activities are constantly obstructed in a world where the Left views every move as an existential threat.
In a remarkable development, a district court judge, James Boasberg, issued a temporary restraining order ( TRO ) in response to a lawsuit brought by the ACLU. The decision is not only baseless, but it is also ironic in its scope. Second, the ACLU’s defendants were based in Texas rather than Boasberg’s area. Next, the deported aircraft was already in foreign territory and had already left American airspace. Third and most egregiously, this decision attempts to bypass the President’s legal authority.
The Alien Enemies Act, which is codified at 50 U.S. C. 21–24, gives the President the obvious authority to detain, restrain, or deport citizens of unusual enemies. Leaders have historically used this authority without cause to stir up a debate. The press applauded Jimmy Carter for using this power during the hostage situation with Iran. However, when President Trump uses the same resource, it is referred to as authoritarianism.
What has changed? just the title on the door to the Oval Office.
President Trump has full authority to remove criminal aliens and threats to national security threats under the Immigration and Nationality Act ( INA ). In addition to MS-13 operatives and cartel enforcers, Sections 212 ( a ) and 237 ( a ) permit the deportation of those who enter illegally or pose a threat to national security. He properly applied these laws in his first term and still does so today.
The President’s duty to defend its borders and protect the country is directly mandated by the Constitution. Content IV, Section 4 specifically state that the federal government must protect state against war, while Article II, Section 1 mandates the President to “take Care that the Laws be dutifully executed.” This legal obligation is unwavering, supreme, and non-negotiable. No criminal decision, especially one from a lower court judge, has the power under the Constitution to impede or undermine this important national obligation. It transcends politicians, judges, and courts. Any interference attempt by activist judges is an unlawful invasion on the executive branch and a strong assault on the United States ‘ protection and independence.
Despite having a clear legal authority, President Trump continues to face criminal obstructation. The most recent criminal intervention was administrative sabotage, an intentional attempt by activist judges to destroy the President’s obvious constitutional authority. It was not oversight. Judge Boasberg’s decision was unjustifiable and foolish, and it was contrary to the constitution.
What about the rulers of the Democratic Party and the internet? They have grown so enamored of opposing Trump that they are now successfully defending the most vicious, brutal gangs on earth. They will protect anyone, even jihadists, if they disagree with Trump. They demonize those who demand fairness, promote lawlessness, and promote criminals. Their policies have caused barbarism in cities across the country: kidnapping victims, victims of gang violence in schools, and victims of honest civilian murder. Some patients set off on fire, while others remained as a compulsion. These are a spiritual disaster, not just policies. Democrats continue to support Trump’s efforts to stop aggressive criminals, but they still protect them.
While activist courts in America stifle protection, various international leaders show what crucial behavior looks like. One of humankind’s most violent crackdowns on gangs was launched by President Nayib Bukele of El Salvador, which involved building mega-prisons and locking away tens of thousands of group members. He is currently aiding the United States by welcoming deported group people into those same prisons, utterly stating:” Your reign of terror is over.
1.7 million known “gotaways” from Trenta De Agua, including gang operatives from Venezuela, entered the United States during Biden’s foolish open-border free-for-all and were purposefully sent by unfriendly regimes like Venezuela to destroy America. Trump has correctly categorized these criminals as terrorist organizations and is using every legitimate means at his disposal to detain their members from British soil.
Energy the aircraft, Mr. President. Disregard the prosecutor, please. Protect this country by preventing any administrative ruling from obstructing your legal duty to defend it.

While our so-called officials hide behind phrases and court rulings, others rise with faith and confidence.
