Prince Harry does not have the risk of being deported to the UK on grounds of lying to the US authorities about his drug abuse as his immigration documents have been revealed Tuesday after a two-year court battle. A lawyer from the Department of Homeland Security said Harry’s visa application followed all the “applicable rules and regulations”. Heritage Foundation, a right-wing think-thank, brought the case against Harry, who is now a US resident, saying that he either lied to the US government or the government gave him preferential treatment.
According to reports, the six papers released on Tuesday contain sites with blocked-out sections intended to safeguard Harry’s protection.
Harry wrote in his narrative” Spare” about using cannabis, cocaine, and secret vegetables three years after settling in the US. In his Netflix set, he also discussed his habit. According to the think-tank, he allegedly claimed that if he had been tried with pharmaceuticals, he would not have been able to obtain a card for the US in 2020, which may indicate either that he had lied to the government or received royal treatment.
A pronouncement from Jarrod Panter, the general FOIA officer at DHS, who stated that the organization felt it was impossible to discharge “any portion” of Harry’s records because anyone with a knowledge of immigration law was quickly establish his status, was included in the released documents.
Panter claimed that Harry received no preferential treatment because the US immigration system “routinely protects from reporting the nonimmigrant/immigrant standing sought by third parties who do not consent to the recipient receiving this information.”
He claimed that” this speculation by ( Heritage ) does not provide any evidence of government misconduct.”
According to him,” the information, as explained above, would not support such an incident but rather demonstrate the regulatory process used to evaluate and grant immigration benefits in accordance with the Immigration and Nationality Act and applicable rules and regulations.”
Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle, are not included in President Donald Trump’s great ebooks. Trump just said he doesn’t want to trouble Prince Harry because his wife is now “terrible,” leading to speculation that he might wish him deported.
