In the waning days of the Biden administration, the Department of Government Efficiency ( DOGE ) discovered a$ 20 billion windfall that the EPA had given to radical green groups last month. Eight organizations received the$ 20 billion in cash, including$ 2 billion to Power Forward Communities, a nonprofit that had$ 100 in the bank when it received the EPA give in April of this year.
