
A sexual offender was recently detained by law enforcement in Wisconsin after he was found to be “in infraction of his relationship” by allegedly filming babies at a nearby university.
The Racine County Sheriff’s Office made it clear in a press release on Monday that Paul Shelton, a 43-year-old sexual offender, had been detained as part of a home search warrant that was being executed at Shelton’s home on March 13. According to law enforcement, the Racine County Sheriff’s Office’s Internet Crimes Against Children department began an investigation on March 7 regarding a problem involving a “registered sexual criminal in the City of Racine.”
Reporters claimed that Paul Shelton ( M/W 43-year-old ) had been caught filming students at a nearby grade school, according to the Racine County Sheriff’s Office. Shelton did not have authority to be on school premises and was in violation of his sex offender reputation, according to a communication made with the school.
In a Racine County court case involving the” Fail/Cause Child to Attend School and Neglect a Child,” the 43-year-old sex offender was also “found to be in violation of his bond.”
Shelton was found guilty of aggravated criminal sexual victimization in 2005, according to the state’s sex offender registry. The physical defendant’s data indicate that Shelton was 19 years old when the sufferer was only 13 years old at the time of the aggravated criminal sexual victimization.
Rules police were informed by a cybertip that Shelton had recorded students at the Gilmore Fine Arts School, according to TMJ4. The 43-year-old sexual offender was accused of recording his two sons tickling each other when he picked them up from school, according to one issue. Shelton also allegedly tried to record his daughters ‘ activities for the week of February 21 and encourage other children to do so.
Another problem claimed Shelton allegedly tried to persuade another kids to hug each other and a branch while he was recording, but kids were able to take the kids out of the situation. Shelton admitted to dropping his daughters off at the university, picking them up from the university, and recording them on school house during the analysis by the Racine County Sheriff’s Office, according to the store.
Shelton’s bond was set at$ 25, 000 in cash, according to Fox 6’s report. The sexual criminal is scheduled to have a primary court hearing on Wednesday, according to the store.
