According to Fox News, individuals connected to the illegal refugee and criminal Jose Ibarra are facing repatriation after he cruelly and painfully murdered 22-year-old medical student. Riley’s death, which took place on the University of Georgia school on February 22, 2024, was the fault of Jose Ibarra, a 26-year-old Colombian nationwide.
Diego Ibarra, 29, who admitted to having a fake report, was given a four-year prison sentence. After serving his sentence for deportation proceedings, U.S. District Judge Tilman E. Self issued an order directing Diego Ibarra to be taken into immigration and customs enforcement ( ICE ) custody.
Jose Ibarra and his sons Diego and Argenis Ibarra, as well as his companion Rosbeli Flores-Bello, who are all apparently Venezuelan nationals, resided at the time of Riley’s murder. During the course of the research, all were detained and interrogated. Additionally, Flores-Bello and Argenis Ibarra admitted to having bogus green cards. In December of that year, they admitted guilt to the same offense as Diego. Argenis Ibarra and Flores-Bello were soon placed in the care of ICE, according to the judge.
Diego Ibarra’s trip to the United States involved numerous illegal border crossings. He was first deported in April 2023, but he re-entered the country and confronted border patrol agents. He was next placed in an alternative to detention system, but he apparently relocated to Georgia and removed his ankle check. Prior to the Riley death investigation, he was detained it on a number of fees. He was found with improvised weapons and even damaged a prison sprinkler system while incarcerated.
According to court records, tattoos and social media activity indicate that Diego Ibarra and the Tren de Aragua group may have a relationship.
Additionally, Rosbeli Flores-Bello and Argenis Ibarra have documentation of unlawful entry into the United States. Argenis was detained and returned to Mexico half in April 2023 before being released from an Snow processing facility due to limited space. Flores-Bello, who entered the United States illegally in May 2023, was released from an ICE control center for the same purpose. Prior to Riley’s death, Flores-Bello and Jose Ibarra traveled to Atlanta where they resided up after having an immigration court hearing scheduled.
Jose Ibarra was found guilty in November 2024 and is currently serving a life sentence for the death of Riley.
