On Thursday, the UK updated its travel tips for Americans, cautioning American passport holders about serious consequences for breaking U.S. immigration laws.

The U.K. updated its upgrade using the country’s” latest rules for the most popular types of travel.”

The American authorities stated on its website that you must adhere to all visa, access, and other requirements for entry. The US officials define and strictly enforce passage regulations. If you violate the laws, you could be subject to arrest or detention.

According to Reuters, the passage rules are set and enforced by the government in the U.S., according to an recorded version of the webpage from February.

This revision to the U.K.’s rules comes after a English woman was detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials for three weeks earlier this month due to a problem with her card.

The lady was told to apply for a work visa instead of a tourist visa as she attempted to cross the U.S. border with Canada. Since then, the British resident has returned house. &nbsp,

The British Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office claimed to have collaborated with American regulators to bring her back.

German citizens were warned by a new travel advice that stated that U.S. passage is not guaranteed even with a travel approval or visa.

After three separate instances in which German citizens with proper paperwork were denied entry and detained, Berlin is looking into whether U.S. immigration legislation has changed toward Germans.
