    Of Course the Left’s Planned Tesla ‘Takedown’ Protest Will End in Violence

    There was more or more information of a plot to use any means necessary to attack Elon Musk than the government did when they helped to prop up the mob on January 6.

    Although I’m not an attorney, I believe that Hollywood star John Cusack, Rep. Jasmine Crocket, and their friends may face legal risk as a result of their conspirations, as they did on March 29 with other people to try to remove the Tesla car business. That was the intended objective. &nbsp,

    He continued to denounce Musk for “literally killing folks.” Cusack referred to Musk as a “pathological liar,” a” criminal,” a” sociopath,” and a “ghoul.” He is thus disconnected that he didn’t even bother to check the details of Musk’s” Nazi salute.” That’s on line with the false reports about “very good people on both sides”.

    Cusack, Crockett, and the rest of their conspirators are aware of the widespread violence against anything that bears the Tesla symbol. &nbsp,

    Crockett wants Tesla to be turned away as a holiday present. She exclaimed,” I am really here for pretty selfish motives, starting with my day on March 29 and all I want to view happen on my day is for Elon to be taken down,” she exclaimed.

    In the past few months, numerous Tesla shops, Tesla cars, and charging channels have been attacked, torched, shot off, and bombed. Activists have purposefully attempted to sell Tesla investment to demolish and remove Musk and many of his own employees from his own business. &nbsp,

    He should be aware that more communist loonies will end up in damage as a result of a so-called “peaceful” protest involving Tesla properties, more than the majority of the time. &nbsp,

    Calling for a rally is protected by the First Amendment, but it is no more First Amendment activity if prosecutors can show that accomplices intended to start a riot or committed violent acts. This is not a Initial Amendment-protected task when there is a” clear, present and immediate risk” of assault or mob. &nbsp,

    Knowing what unrest and violence have already occurred, their terrible, agitated, inciting, and emotionally charged obscenities against Musk at their prepared “protest” attributes may undermine the First Amendment-protected action. &nbsp,

    Some courts have found organizers to be legally responsible for their organized protests, but not all have. &nbsp,

    And a new U.S. District Court decision in Louisiana that claimed the ACLU ballyhooed was a benefit for administrators whose protests turned into aggressive protests may not offer as many support for the Tesla Takedown administrators as they believe. &nbsp,

    Do you know how many Democratic leaders have condemned this behavior given what has already happened and what is about to cause Musk to leave his company? Exactly none as of Friday. Silicon Valley Democrat Rep. Ro Khanna is the only national Democrat leader to denounce the attacks on Tesla.

    This woman, whose Seattle-based” The Troublemakers” is her group, is well aware of what she’s calling for with this “direct action.” She organized the Tesla showroom takeover and is ferocious about wanting to plunge his stock, in the vein of Luigi Mangione, the murderer who is the CEO of the health care industry. &nbsp,

    Rick Wilson of the Lincoln Project, one of the Tesla Takedown’s biggest backers, wrote to the Antifa community to” Kill Tesla, Save Our Country.” Elon has a flaw. Attack”. As Matt reported this week, Wilson was kicked off X for the post because it was so offensive. &nbsp,
